Our start
At 316 Texas BBQ, we believe that great barbeque can bring people together and create unforgettable memories. Our journey began in 2018 when our founder, Brian Spencer , set out to create a restaurant that would serve the best barbeque in town. Today, we are proud to offer our customers the same high-quality food and friendly service that has made us a local favorite in Texas although now we reside in Silverthorne Colorado.
